Product details

Technical Overview

Durston Single Wedging Table The Durston Single Wedging Table is engineered to offer unrivalled stability and durability, making it an essential clay-prep station for both home and professional studios. The heavy-duty solid hardwood frame stays completely firm under pressure, giving you a rock-solid workspace that holds up to intensive daily use. At the center of its design is the 80mm-deep porous plaster top , which conditions clay effectively by absorbing excess moisture while maintaining the right consistency. Built-in ventilation channels circulate air for faster drying, so the surface is always ready for your next session, and the removable plaster block makes long-term maintenance and replacement straightforward. An adjustable cutting wire delivers clean, consistent clay portioning with minimal effort, while the high-level shelf - mountable on either the left or right side to fit your studio layout - keeps scales, clay lumps, and tools within easy reach. A lower storage shelf adds space for additional materials, and the protective wooden cover safeguards the plaster block while transforming the table into a versatile secondary workbench. Included with every order Removable 600mm 600mm 80mm plaster block, adjustable cutting wire, reversible high-level shelf, lower storage shelf, protective hardwood cover, and plaster block care instructions. Backed by Durston's 12-month standard warranty.
