Technical Overview

Eterra 9 Ft. Razor Sickle Bar Mower for Excavator The Eterra 9 ft. Razor sickle bar mower is the widest excavator bar Eterra builds. On long uninterrupted work — canal banks, levees, highway shoulders, mile-long drainage runs — nine feet of cut per pass is what separates a contract that pencils from one that does not. It asks for a carrier with the stability to hold that leverage at reach. Rated for 8–20 GPM in two flow configurations. Available from Skid Steer Store . Built for Coverage Widest excavator bar in the range — 9 ft. per pass, roughly 80% more than the 5 ft. Reach over, not drive through — work banks and water's edge from stable ground. Almost no thrown material — critical on live highway shoulders. Low hydraulic draw for the width — 9 ft. of cut without a high-flow machine. Cuts wet and aquatic growth — canal and shoreline vegetation that clogs a flail. Choosing Your Bar Length Model Width Trade-off 5 Ft. 5 ft. Lightest and cheapest; least coverage 7 Ft. 7 ft. Balanced for mixed work 9 Ft. Razor 9 ft. Highest acres per hour; most leverage at reach Bar length multiplies leverage at full boom extension.
