Top loading high volume models come equipped with pilot light, welded heavy angle frame, stainless steel jacket, and 12 key digital Bartlett V6-CF or RTC-1000 controller for more ramp-hold user programs and multiple features including delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step and many more for precise firings every time. Messages and Information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, viewing the current segment the firing is in, and cone table for easy look up of temperature and cone number equivalents. The TL20E is equipped with its own breaker box for easy access, safety and lockout.

The relay is what controls the power cycling of the elements in the kiln and they need to be able to withstand a ton of power as they do so. The solid state relays are incredibly efficient compared to the standard mechanical relays and are able to operate at much faster speeds.
