Technical Overview

Designed to fire kiln up to 2300F to melt the cullet, then cool down to 1800F to squeeze the glass, then work at 2050F to 2100F for the gathers. When between sessions, hold the kiln at 1800F, then turn back to work at the gathering temperature. This kiln comes standard with the AF3P Orton 3-button controller, however you have the option to upgrade to the Orton AutoFire 12-key controller or the the TAP preprogrammed digital controller.
